MW has performed interior renovations, such as office space and medical practices.  We have experience with complete renovations involving relocating partitions and doors as well as simple cosmetic upgrades such as flooring and painting.  Close communication remain in tact with local inspectors to maintain project schedules without unexpected interruptions.

Custom Homes

One of your most important investments is your new home. Whether it is a starter, dream home, or downsize for retirement, MW has the expertise and experience to partner with you in this extensive process. This can be overwhelming for a client. If you have completed plans and are ready to break ground, or are in the initial planning stages, MW has the full resources to aid you in this process. It is beneficial to get MW involved as early as possible in the process as we can perform feasibility estimates and help with land acquisition.

Garages

MW partners with clients from the initial stages to ensure their budgets are met. We provide competitive pricing on projects of various types and sizes. MW does not simply submit "take it or leave it" pricing. If a client has budgetary issues, we will provide alternative materials and methods to reduce cost.

Kitchen and Bath

Kitchen and bath remodels offer maximum enjoyment of the most utilized spaces in your home. MW can perform turnkey kitchen and bath remodeling. If you have cabinets ordered and selected, MW can perform the installation and completion of your project.

Basements

Finishing a basement is a quick option to add livable space to your home including recreation rooms, bedrooms, wine cellars, or home theaters to name a few. MW can assist with all aspects including adding egress windows, furring/insulating/finishing of walls, building out around exposed electrical, plumbing, & ductwork, and complete finishes including flooring, doors, trim, and paint.

Remodeling

MW craft have the diversity to perform full service remodeling including painting, drywall, flooring, and all miscellaneous repairs. No project is too small for us.
